Terms and Conditions

When booking a room at Q-Factory Hotel, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to you. These terms and conditions have been prepared by Koninklijke Horeca Nederland and govern among other things the liability and payment.

Q-Factory Hotel does have its own cancellation policy. Fully Flexible reservations cancelled 48 hours before the day of arrival do not involve any fees. A non-refundable booking can be canceled free of charge within 4 hours after reservation.
